According to this study, 19 marketing companies comply with current regulations, but seven of them stand out for their best practices in transparency. The recommendations are personalized thanks to an intelligent algorithm that can estimate the energy expenditure corresponding to your appliances, heating, and lighting, data that is also compared to that collected from houses with similar characteristics, which allows you to be alerted about bad usage habits. The company sends its messages through SMS and email, but also its free applications and services such as Smart Assistant. The campaign started in the autumn of 2022 to detect the exponential increase in gas prices due to the war in Ukraine, and, thanks to the good results achieved, it is now continuing over time for all its clients.
