Immigrants remain a significant part of the workforce in Hispanic America

This category does not require a job offer or labor certification, but is based on the presentation of evidence that demonstrates the applicant’s exceptional abilities.

EB-2 visas apply to professionals with advanced degrees, individuals of exceptional ability in the arts, sciences or business, and professionals whose work is considered to be in the national interest. This visa requires labor certification for all applicants, unless they can obtain a national interest exemption, meaning their work benefits the United States, regardless of whether their abilities are extraordinary or not.
