Immigrants who arrive in Britain by boat will not be able to claim asylum and will not be deported

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is expected to announce new legislation next week to seek asylum from migrants who enter the UK illegally in boats across the English Channel.

According to the Mail on Sunday, the Tory leader intends to end the “immoral” illegal trade with new powers directed at boats that are operated by criminal gangs to cross the Channel from France.

Under the new legislation, the UK will be able to deport Home Secretary Suella Braverman to Rwanda “or a safe third country” as soon as it is “reasonably practicable” for someone to arrive in the UK on a small boat. People who have arrived on the islands through this illegal law will also not be able to claim political asylum while they are on land.

Sunak believes the new powers represent a step forward when it comes to fulfilling his mission to “stop the semis once and for all.”

“Illegal immigration is not fair to British taxpayers, it is not fair to those who come legally and it is not fair to allow criminal gangs to continue their prostitution business,” Sunak said in a statement published today in a British Sunday newspaper. says Eph.

“You can’t go wrong, if you come here to slip, you won’t be able to stay,” he said. The media anticipate this Sunday that the bill will be published on Tuesday. “Enough is enough. The British want this resolved. They are fed with harsh speeches and insufficient measures. We have to stop these small boats,” the interior minister told the same newspaper.

Sunak has made “checking the boats” one of his main priorities, while Braverman has repeatedly promised that he will take a hard line on illegal migration across the English Channel.

These plans have been sharply criticized by activists from various organizations, who question whether any of them may be compatible with the European Convention on Human Rights. According to the most recent data released by the Ministry of the Interior, so far this year 2,950 migrants have crossed the Channel in these boats.
