A case was brought before the FGR in August 2022, in which it demands an investigation into whose properties it is entitled to “sell”.
“I feel neglected and offended by the authorities; They did not do anything to declare and return the ownership of those houses to me, my voice was not heard. For them I received that when I die, I can bury the family, but today I do not do it anywhere,” Reyes explained.

Staff of San Miguel from the Cemetery Administration Office explained that the FGR requested documents from them, through the Department of Common Legal Counsel, to review the facts and legality of the gymnasium.
