A 36-year-old man was killed when his belongings were taken from him on the main street of Mirador del Este in Petare, Miranda state.

The victim was shot twice outside a fast food place around Pays Street.

After some time, relatives identified the body in the Belo Monte morgue in Caracas. As far as his identity was known, he remarked that he used to work as a gardener.

Sources reveal that a few minutes before the murder, he was with his accomplice in the business premises.

A few minutes later, someone came in and approached their desk with a gun.

Later, he was forcibly taken out and taken to a secluded place. There he shot two bullets in her throat.

It was told that after the murder, his phone and $ 20 were robbed. Thereafter the killer fled.

Realizing this, the victim’s companion raised an alarm for help, but no one helped him. The girl’s relatives, living in the upper part of the area, went to the site after receiving a phone call.

Mali’s body was taken to Dr Domingo Luciani Hospital in El Lanito, but arrived without vital signs.

Officers from the Investigation, Scientific, Penal and Criminalistics Corps (Cicpc) are investigating the crime.

Police officers also do not rule out that the perpetrator works in the area.
