Kim Kardashian is adding another role to her resume, striking an endorsement deal with Beyond Meat to promote the plant-based protein firm’s products.
Kardashian, 41, will hold the honorary title of “Chief Test Consultant.” She will star in a new advertising campaign for the alternative meat firm.
The reality television star will also share details about her favorite Beyond Meat item, including personalized recipes and offers, in a newsletter released by the company, the company said in an announcement.
Kardashian said in a statement on the partnership, “I am truly inspired by Beyond Meat’s mission and love that they are not only making plant-based food delicious and accessible, but doing so that benefits both people and the planet.” Ho.”
“It’s empowering to know that the small changes I’m making for my family, like including more meat in our diets beyond that, can make a big impact,” Kardashian said.
The announcement provided an early bump to shares of Beyond Meat in trading Tuesday, but the stock was down 8% as of late morning amid a selloff in the broader market.
Beyond Meat did not disclose the financial terms of its deal with the Kardashians. Company representatives did not immediately return a request for further comment.
Kardashian’s massive social media presence, which includes more than 300 million followers on Instagram alone, fuels Beyond Meat’s effort to differentiate itself from rivals in the increasingly competitive alternative meat arena.

Earlier this year, The Post reported that Beyond Meat was ranked as one of the shortest stocks on Wall Street, accounting for 37% of the company’s freely traded shares at the time. There was an account.
The company’s business is grappling with disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including shipping delays and labor shortages.
For Kardashian, the Beyond Meat deal is another addition to a growing business empire. According to the calculations of Forbes, his estimated fortune as of Tuesday was $ 1.8 billion.
Kardashian is the largest individual shareholder and cofounder of popular shapewear brand, Skims, which recently secured a $3.2 billion valuation after closing a fundraising round.
