In the middle of this week, King Charles III returned to the United Kingdom to meet Prince Harry again. Shortly before his son set foot on British soil, the monarch took a short holiday in Romania.
The Duke of Sussex is currently facing trial against Mirror Group Newspapers MGN for phone hacking. On Tuesday, 6 June, he appeared at London’s High Court to testify at an inquest that lasted five hours, and is due to return to answer further questions.
King Charles III is back in Britain after a short holiday
After a brief holiday in rural Transylvania, King Charles III returned to London on the same day that Prince Harry began his trial. Now that the two of them have met after so long, there may be room for a meeting and finally the conversation they have been avoiding for so long.

During his time there, the British monarch visited Romania to participate in a series of concerts featuring music from his coronation. The first took place at the Roman Catholic Church of St James and featured four hymns by George Frideric Handel.
In addition to seeing musical pieces performed by the French Baroque ensemble, Le Concert, Spirituel, King Charles III, Judith Weir, the King’s Master of Music, became an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Philharmonic Society.
The next concert will take place next Monday, 19 June, and will feature the Baroque Ensemble at Wigmore Hall performing “The St Matthew Passion”.
