A control judge ordered reasonable detention for Braulio “N,” 23 years old, who was investigated for his possible intervention in the crimes of injuries and sexual harassment that harmed a young employee of the store of sports products at the Fox Store located in Plaza Ambientes, Gabino Barreda Street, Ciudad Satélite.
In the initial hearing held by the Judicial District Courts of Tlalnepantla this Wednesday, the hearing took place where the judicial authority ordered a reasonable restraining order against Braulio “N,” who works as a manager of the aforementioned commercial store, and on January 31, he physically attacked his worker in a videotaped event and the images released through social networks and media.
During the hearing, the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) gave evidence against the possible person involved, so the judge of the case determined this precaution against him, and on February 10, he will determine his possible connection with the criminal.
On January 31, inside the establishment located in Plaza Ambientalistas, Ciudad Satélite neighborhood, in the municipality of Naucalpan, the accused broke a hook used to hang clothes, as well as other things, and the young woman asked him to calm down.
However, the detained worker, identified as Sara “N,” began to be beaten. He hit her in the face, knocked her to the ground, kicked her, and continued to injure her. Three workers who were repairing the store helped the victim and overpowered this individual, who then ran away from the establishment.
The incident was recorded by a camera installed inside the store, and the images were released through social networks and media. The dissemination of this attack determined that the Prosecutor’s Office should begin an investigation.
FGJEM Investigative Police found Braulio “N” hiding in a house located in Ampliación San Pedro
With the collaboration of the authorities from Mexico City, a search was made. The Mexican Investigative Police entered their territory and searched the house. The accused was arrested and brought back to the State of Mexico, where he was made head of the Public Ministry.
While the legal status was defined, Braulio “N” was transferred to the State of Mexico and admitted to the Tlalnepantla Penitentiary Center, where he remains pending the Jurisdictional Body to determine his legal status.
