Luka Ivanusec, goalscorer in Croatia
Luka Ivanusec, Croatian forward, started his career in the lower ranks of the Croatian national team NK Varazdin Juvenile. In 2013 he was promoted to the U17 category of the same team until moving to the U17 category in 2015 Lokomotiva Zagreb Sub-19.
He received the call for the first team of the NK Lokomotiva in the 2015/2016 campaign. Their first and only meeting came in this year’s SuperSport HNL in the Croatian First Division. He was only in the field five minutesuntil the game was over.
For 2016/2017 he played four encounters Qualified for the UEFA Europa League, three in the cup and 22 in the Croatian gold category. He scored one goal and provided two assists 1482 minuteswhere he saw a yellow card.
His time at Lokomotiva ended and he left a total of 92 games 10 goals and 13 assists. Dinamo Zagreb enlisted the services of a promising young Croatian forward in August 2019.
He continued to play in the Croatian league, albeit with a different club. He scored one goal in his first season five goals, one by UEFA Champions League and one by league. His best year was 2022/2023, where he scored 12 goals and gave up five in 30 First Division NHL games. Despite this, he failed to score in the top club tournament of the year.
The 2023/2024 campaign started with the Zagreb. He scored five goals, gave two assists, but his game was interested in the transfer market.
To fight for a position in the Netherlands
Luka Ivanusec is Feyenoord’s new striker in the Dutch Eredivisie. The striker could be the replacement for Santiago Giménez, who has offers from other leagues in Europe. The institution paid 8.5 million euros for the attacker. This is his first experience outside of Croatian football.
According to Transfermarkt, the Croatian striker is worth €12m on the transfer market.
