Therefore, we must be careful not to depress ourselves and continue to work for equality, in order to create a more egalitarian and just society. It’s a decent job with the right stakes.
We are teachers, sometimes socially cursed, and of course workers and employees. In short, we dedicate ourselves to teaching, although only the teacher or teacher knows how to use and tear, which an hour of correct teaching can bring with the students. However, we do not stop there: we prepare these classes at home and prepare the materials, and we have them for the diversity of students in the class; we correct and evaluate the productions (activities, assignments, tests, exercises, projects…) prepared by the students; we pay attention to the demands of parents and care about our students; We hold work meetings of various kinds (evaluations, senate, degrees, defense, department, etc.); By constantly writing we practice renewing our actions; And finally, although we could add more to this index, a lot of time every day to increase and the excessive bureaucratization to which education is subjected, is not always justified in comparison to the education of quality education.
At the beginning of this academic year 2022/23, the boy who was first gifted and started his career, the secondary school teacher asked a question about his schedule. Use your work as a teacher, which requires great dedication, but is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and exciting. Seeing students grow creatively and intellectually through all levels of education is truly rewarding. But that is not inconsistent to ask for certain working conditions finally, it can make it possible to offer a quality public education service. And this is exactly what we celebrate today.
