National police arrested a 45-year-old Italian man on Wednesday afternoon for stabbing to death his partner, a 28-year-old woman, in the Malaga municipality of Torremolinos. The incidents happened in the town at around 11:30 and when medical services arrived, they could only certify the woman as dead.
From the government delegation in Andalusia they have reported that the victim was registered in the Viogen system, but because of another previous relationship.
