The Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (Mitma) has awarded a contract for the amount of 11 million euros (VAT included) for the protection and operation of state highways in an area of āāthe province of Guadalajara. The duration of the contract is three years, with the possibility of an initial extension of two years and an additional maximum of nine months.
This contract, for a total of 223.5 km of conventional highways, is part of MITMA’s highway conservation and operation program and allows for the maintenance of circulation, roadway and safety conditions on the state highway network so that it is accessible to all citizens under suitable conditions .

The new model of service contracts for execution of maintenance and exploitation operations in the State Highway network seeks to provide a comprehensive mobility service to the user, improve road and network conditions and optimize public resources.
