Loss young people between 16 and 21 years old Those who want to get their first driver’s license for cars or motorcycles must take a mandatory course, according to the National Road Safety Agency (ANSV).
This is a free course that is now available and aims to ensure that young people have the necessary knowledge before the theoretical exam to apply for a license.
Starting September 21, Those who have not completed this course cannot continue the process acquisition, reports a statement from ANSV.
“For a boy, getting his license for the first time is an unforgettable moment. We want it to be remembered not just as a procedure but as an example of the deep connection of road safety through knowledge that will help him take his first steps as one of the public roads that are safe,” said the executive director of ANSV, Pablo MartÃnez Carignano.
The proposal is designed so that the young people go through the mandatory and correlative modules, where they can see all the audiovisual material and read the content in order to continue to the next unit.
How to do the course
Applicants to obtain their first National Driver’s License must have a user previously registered in the Mi Argentina application.
If not, they should register at www.argentina.gob.ar to proceed to the next step, which is to enter My first license (www.argentina.gob.ar/servicio/mi-primera-licencia) and choose which course to take (vehicle and/or motorcycle license).
Once this step is completed, they will go through different modules that can be progressed sequentially at the end of the course.
Those under the age of 35 are the main victims of road accidents, added the official information. In 2022 alone, 205,000 minors under the age of 21 will obtain a driver’s license.
