NFL Week 12 Picks: 49ers beat Vikings; Bears, Cowboys, Bills Win on Thanksgiving

Long story short, here are my NFL picks for Week 12:

49ers 33, Vikings 14: The home-field curse has been lifted, the 49ers are on a heater and the Vikings are as doomed as they were in the 2019 playoff tour. Line: 49ers -3

Bear 30, Leo 28: No table is more gracious on Thanksgiving than in Detroit, where the guests have won this season with 41, 19, 34, 44 and now 30 points. Line: Lion +3

Cowboys 27, Raiders 23: Dallas is the NFL’s third-best scoring team, and linebacker Micah Parsons is the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year. Line: Raiders +7 1/2

Bill 31, Saint 20: Two years ago, Emmanuel Sanders and Matt Brida helped the 49ers win the 49ers in New Orleans, and now they’re doing the same for the Bills. Row: Bill-6 1/2

Bengals 27, Steelers 26: You know what hasn’t happened since 2009? The Bengals sweep the Steelers in the season series. Line: Steelers +4 1/2

Jets 26, Texans 21: Zach Wilson is the owner of AFC South (2-0). Line: Jet +2 1/2

Titans 21, Patriots 17: Mike Wrabel improved to 3-0 against Bill Belichick. (No one owns Belichick other than Tom Brady.) Line: Titans +7

Books 23, Colts 17: Bruce Arian won Coach of the Year honor in 2012 with the Colts’ interim tag, and he could qualify it this year if the Bucks rally to defend their crown. Line: Books-3

Falcons 24, Jaguar 21: With the geography on it note that Atlanta is at the top of Jacksonville (up to 345 miles). Line: Falcons-2 1/2

Dolphins 26, Panthers 24: After losing seven straight, the Dolphins can certainly win seven straight, and it consistently makes it the No. Line: Dolphins +2

Eagles 32, Giants 19: Firing offensive coordinator Jason Garrett was no easy solution — in a short week to prepare — for an Eagles team that has won eight of its last nine meetings. Line: Eagles -3 1/2

Chargers 23, Broncos 20: Unlike their last two tours, the Chargers are the team that won this time in a walk-off fashion. Line: Chargers-2 1/2

Ram 31, Packers 23: The Rams had their good-bye week ahead, a 31-10 defeat by the 49ers. Line: Rams -1

Ravens 20, Browns 16: Cleveland suffers its fourth straight loss against the Ravens. Line: Ravens -3 1/2

Seahawks 29, Washington 20: Seattle finally shines in prime time—before hosting the 49ers in a game out of Sunday night’s slot next weekend. Line: Seahawks +1

Previous week: 6-9 straight up, against 10-5 spread

Season: 89-75-1 straight up, 78-86-1 against spread
