NFL Week 13 Player’s Guide: Prepare For Both The Jets And The Giants

10 BEST GAMES TO BET

EAGLES to JETS

13:00, Eagles by 6 ½, 45

HENKA HONEY: Not happy with choosing either side here. Jalen Hurts, who played one of the dumbest games last week at MetLife (along with Coach Nick Sirianni’s playful appeal), is treating a sore ankle and may be unable to move. The question is how this will affect the popular running game Eagles, a large part of which is occupied by Hurts. In the end, the Jets are the fifth worst performer. It’s also a lot for the Eagles away, but the Jets, who are trying to beat the Eagles for the first time in their history (0-11), still have two good efforts to put in. The Eagles ‘defense has kept three of their last five opponents below 14 points and certainly has the ability to block the Jets’ low attack. This makes it slope south down the motorway.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Eagles and under.

GIANTS IN DOLPHINS

13:00, Dolphins 3, 40 ½

HENKA HONEY: UNDER. UNDER. UNDER. This is the first thing. The attack from the Giants can’t get much worse if Mike Glennon replaces Daniel Jones, but it won’t get better. The post-Jason Giants attack is a lot like the Jason Garrett-led Giants attack, and this is a tricky Miami D that can create blitz losses no matter who plays QB. We don’t fully trust the Dolphins, but they turned out to be the more consistent of the two teams with a four-game winning streak. Tua Tagovailoa seems to improve with every game, and RB Phillip Lindsay came with a gift wrap on waivers to immediately update the game with a run and blitz pickup.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Dolphins and scuba.

BUCS to FALCONS

13:00, bucks 11.50 ½

HENKA HONEY: The Bucs finally beat ATS on the road to Indy, but it took a few setbacks. It seems that this is too many points for playing in the division. Although the teams are at different levels and the Buks must win, this is not exactly a one-sided match. The Falcons are an average team with some talent. Has towed an average of 32 points in his last three away games against New Orleans, Washington and Indianapolis. Matt Ryan is a capable quarterback who can take advantage of a weak minor in Tampa Bay, while Cordarrell Patterson poses one of the league’s most unique double threats.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Falcons and scuba.

JAGUARS in RAMS

16:05, Baranov k 13, 48

HENKA HONEYAfter three consecutive defeats, the Titans, 49ers and Packers, the Rams can return to the softer part of their schedule against a poor team that travels from coast to coast. The Jaguars ‘attack is bad, and the Rams’ defense that has been ineffective can drain their frustration and turn it into a flight. Trevor Lawrence did not develop under Urban Meyer’s leadership, in part due to a lack of successor talent. Now that Dan Arnold has been put on infrared, it’s even thinner. Matthew Stafford doesn’t seem to be playing well and needs to get better. Getting a few short fields against the defense of the Jaguar projectiles will help.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Battering rams and under.

CHARGERS IN BENGAL

13:00, Bengali to 3 o’clock, 50 ½

HENKA HONEY: It is now clear that the Chargers cannot stop running, and that will be problematic against the resurgent Joe Mixon, who has just finished running the Steelers 28 times 165 yards. If the Bolts focus on stopping him (as Mike Tomlin Steelers said), Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase will become even more dangerous. The Bengals are out of the weekly growl and see a clear path to the NFC North title. With four SU losses in their last six games, the Chargers have been inconsistent at best and mediocre at worst.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Bengals and stuff.

COLTS at TEXANS

13:00, Colts from 9, 45 ½

HENKA HONEY: Don’t think too much about it. This is a large spread and should be higher. How are the Texans (31st yards) going to stop Jonathan Taylor from running through them after failing to stop him in a 31-3 loss the first time (14-145-2 TD)? They don’t blitz, they don’t put much pressure on QB, and after Taylor leaves, Carson Wentz will be able to avoid his usual mistakes. Houston didn’t have Tyrode Taylor in the first meeting, but has done little to attack in three games since his return. The Colts perform at 4-1 ATS on the road and are 11.6 points above the range on average.

49ERS in SEAHAWKS

16:25, Nines of 3, 45 ½

HENKA HONEY: The line is so low it looks like a suction cup. But how can the Seahawks and their failed attack (9.3 points per game since Russell Wilson returned) keep up with a team that plays as well as any other in the non-Massachusetts-based league? The Seahawks are no longer overwhelming at home (2-3 this season), and their defense puts them in second place in the NFL. The absence of Dibo Samuel (LB Fred Warner also sits) could slow the nine down, but their offense doesn’t need to score that many points to win easily. We’ll take the bait and let Pete Carroll’s team prove we’re wrong.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: 49ers and younger.

WASHINGTON in RAIDERS

16:05, Raiders 2 1/2, 49 1/2

HENKA HONEY: It’s funny how the WFT defense works better after Chase Young shut down, completely shutting down the other team’s current play. This helped them get through three games in a row as an underdog and face the Raiders with just 1-4 ATS when favored and just 2-4 ATS at home. The Vegas defense has allowed at least 31 points in each of the last three games, and while we don’t see such an explosion in Burgundy and Gold, we see them in control of the pace of the game. Taylor Heinicke is starting to feel it, Antonio Gibson is doing well, and Terry McLeurin continues to be the least-known WR in the NFL.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Washington and under.

PATRIOTS ON ACCOUNTS

Monday, 20:15, Till 3, 44

HENKA HONEY: This line is an insult to the Patriots, which play the best, most consistent football in the inconsistent league. This includes Billy, who has been an absolute yo-yo lately. We’ve seen this before with the Patriot Dynastic Teams. They are best at the end of the season. They have a total of 26 points in their last four games and they are showing a balanced attack with newcomer QB Mac Jones perfect for them. If they can control the ball like the Colts played against the Bills two weeks ago, this will not happen. On the other hand, Buffalo’s attack is pretty one-dimensional. What they get, they get from Josh Allen. But that won’t work against Bill Belichick’s defense, and given that Allen has scored seven INTs in his last four games, he’s going to have to work hard.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Patriots and under.

BRONCOS at CHIEFS

20:20, chiefs 10, 47

HENKA HONEY: Historically, this is not a problem given Andy Reed’s excellent record after goodbye and the recent futility of the Broncos against KC with 11 straight losses since 2015. transformation. The Chiefs have scored over 20 points only once in the last five games (against the questionable Raiders’ defense), and if they don’t here, against the very good Broncos D, they won’t be able to cover the double digits. The Broncos are more likely to slow the pace of play through football, which they have done very well throughout the year. It also makes the underwear very attractive.

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Broncos and under.

LOOK BUT DON’T TOUCH

CROWS in STEELERS

16:25, Ravens at 3 ½, 44

HENKA HONEY: Mike Tomlin is trying to restore respectability to his team this week by inserting tablets and turning off the music in the dressing room. If that works out any week, it will be against the Ravens in the Steelers’ last standoff. The Ravens definitely have disadvantages, starting with their offensive rear. But even though the Ravens were ineffective, they still win for the most part, and while we know what we’re getting from Ben Roethlisberger, we don’t know what we’re getting from Lamar Jackson after his poor performance against the Browns. Will this continue or will it be the same as last season?

IF I WAS AN OLD PERSON: Steelers and under.
