Nicanor Beluarte enjoys his free time playing soccer with his friends at a sports field in the district of The Victory. Through investigative work by ‘Panorama’, it was learned that four of the team members of President Dina Boluarte’s brother hold important positions within the state.
The names linked to Nicanor are Jefferson Rosambel Díaz Ferreyra, Roberto Torres Dosantos, Jorge Távara Vallejos, and Leonardo Leo Mendoza. Some of them have been exposed before in this press program, revealing their involvement within the office of the president and other areas of government.
This is the case of Jefferson Díaz, who currently works as a Project Execution Coordinator at the General Directorate of Artisanal Fisheries and Aquaculture Investment within the National Fund for Fisheries Development (Fondepes), where they receive a salary of S/ 13,000 per month. position of trust.
Before that, from 2021 to 2023, he was an adviser to the general secretary of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, when President Dina Boluarte was the minister of this portfolio. Under the FAG employment regime, he received a salary of S15,000 per month.
On the other hand, Roberto Torres Dosantos is currently working at the Ministry of Women. He has a contract with the national program against family and sexual violence. Likewise, he also went through Pronacej and Midis, where he worked within the PAÍS program, where he will be until April 2023.
Jorge Távara is already a well-known character. He is an executive of the Information Technology Unit of the PAÍS program. He worked with Nicanor Boluarte at the Regional Directorate of Education in Metropolitan Lima, and when the president arrived in Midis, he was appointed within the program where he worked.
Finally, Leonardo Leo Mendoza, who was a worker at the Regional Directorate of Labor when Nicanor was vice minister, was also exposed. Coincidentally, he also applied to Midis when Boluarte was still the minister, and when he assumed the presidency, he was appointed to the office of the president, where he remains until now.
