NYPD officer throws US flag on floor, tramples it during scuffle with protesters

An NYPD officer who was removing anti-vaccination mandate protesters from Panera Bread in Brooklyn, New York, on December 19, forcibly grabbed a pole with an American flag from one of them and threw it on the floor. Trapped. mayhem

When two other NYPD officers proceeded to arrest Mitchell Bosch, an Army veteran who was protesting the NYC vaccine mandate, police took the flag from Bosch’s hand.

As another protester raised the flag, a female officer forcefully snatched it and threw it to the ground, stepping on it several times. Amid the chaos, it is unclear if this was intentional.

The protesters were being asked to leave because they did not show the vaccine passport.

“It’s outrageous. It’s un-American and it’s unconstitutional,” Bosch told The Epoch Times.
