Outcry in Qatar over purported photo of Australia goalkeeper in Peru shirt

Last June, Australia became the last team to seal its ticket for the Qatar 2022 World Cup. Against Peru, the Oceanians got a pass through the penalty spot, where goalkeeper Andrew Redmayne was the great man to save the Incas two penalties.

“I know all along what it means to boys so it was kill or be killed so I seized my moment.” Added. The goalkeeper confessed at the time, “If we had notes in our bottle and someone had seen it, they would have thrown it away.”

In the wake of this and months later, the Australian team’s goalkeeper once again caused social media furore and controversy over a purported image that was leaked on social networks, showing him playing on Qatari soil with a Peruvian shirt. But was shown coming.

However, it was all a montage that went viral. among users, because the goalkeeper wore only a white shirt. In the assembly he placed the red stripe and shield of Peru.
