Nicole made landfall on Thursday morning as a Category 1 hurricane along Florida’s Treasure Coast near Hutchinson Island.
It was later converted into a tropical storm. It is expected to weaken as it continues to move across Florida and is likely to become a post-tropical cyclone by Friday afternoon.
