The Supervisory Commission, led by Deputy Alejandra Ang, presented the opinions that were favored, in the same terms resolved by the members.
MEXICALI.- The Public Expenditure Supervision Commission presented ten opinions on the public account for the fiscal year 2021, where the Mexicali Business Alliance Board for Public Security, the Educational Physical Infrastructure Institute under a non-approval opinion of Baja California (INIFE), the Tijuana Municipal Promoter Trust (PROMUN), the Tijuana City Council and the Institute for Real Estate and Housing Development for the State of Baja California (INDIVI).
The Supervisory Commission, led by Deputy Alejandra MarÃa Ang Hernández, presented the opinions favored by the majority of the same terms settled by the members, corresponding to the period from January 1 to December 31, 2021. It is worth noting that the Opinions do not suspend the processing of actions initiated by the Superior State Audit, which will follow the procedure provided by the respective laws.
Among the recurring themes of the observations, obtained from the results of the audit, is the lack of supporting documentation of the expenses of various items, non-compliance with the objectives of the Annual Operating Programs (AOP ), direct awards, old balance of accounts receivable. Without evidence of actions aimed at recovering the said balances, not establishing in the POA and the Matrix of Indicators for Results the objectives of the programs that promote equality between women and men, as well as the elimination of violence and discrimination, among others.
In the same sense, the five opinions approved were approved by the majority, corresponding to the public accounts of the Municipal Women’s Institute of Ensenada (INMUJERE), of the Executive Secretariat of the State Anti-Corruption System of Baja California (SESEA) , from Institute of Sports and Physical Culture of Baja California (INDE), the State Electoral Institute of Baja California (IEE) and the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC).
