Rostov region, April 4, 2022. DON24.RU. Russia demanded to hold a meeting of the UN Security Council in connection with “a blatant provocation by Ukrainian radicals in Bucha,” said the Deputy Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN.
The reason was the hysterical campaign launched in the West about the alleged killings of civilians by the Russian army in the village of Bucha, Kiev region.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has already come out with a refutation of these false reports that are spread by the Kyiv regime and Western media loyal to it.
“All the photographs and video materials published by the Kiev regime, allegedly testifying to some kind of “crimes” by Russian military personnel in the city of Bucha, Kiev region, are another provocation,” the Russian military department said. “During the time this settlement was under the control of the Russian armed forces, not a single local resident suffered from any violent actions.”
Russian troops left Bucha on March 30th. The next day, the mayor of the city, Anatoly Fedoruk, announced that there were no Russian soldiers in Bucha, but did not even mention any local residents shot in the streets with their hands tied.
Therefore, it is not surprising that all the so-called “evidence of crimes” in Bucha appeared only on the fourth day, when SBU officers and representatives of Ukrainian television arrived in the city.
“It is of particular concern that all the bodies of people whose images were published by the Kiev regime, after at least four days, have not become stiff, do not have characteristic cadaveric spots, and there is unclotting blood in the wounds. All this irrefutably confirms that the photographs and video footage from Bucha are another production of the Kiev regime for the Western media, as was the case in Mariupol with a maternity hospital, as well as in other cities, ”the Russian Defense Ministry said.
The provocation of the Kiev regime caused indignation not only of the official authorities of Russia, but also of ordinary Russian soldiers who fought in the Kiev region. Here is what Private Pavel Gubarev of the RF Armed Forces, who was in Bucha, wrote in his microblog:
“From March 2 to March 31, I was part of the battalion in this direction. In all the settlements occupied by our military, the movement of civilians along the street was carried out with a white bandage on their left arm. I saw this in Ivankovo, Krasny Rog, Maryanovka and other settlements where we went on combat missions.
I guess the following happened. After the withdrawal of the Russian Armed Forces from this theater of operations, following the results of negotiations in Turkey, the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to enter cities and villages and unintentionally (and I do not exclude that on purpose) opened fire on men with a white bandage on their hands. It happened en masse. And when they realized that they were massacring civilians, it was decided to present this crime of theirs as the work of the RF Armed Forces.
I testify that we, Russian soldiers, treated peaceful people well, one might even say, with love. They gave some of the dry rations to small (sometimes babies) children: applesauce, jam. My commander, after a trip to the Gomel hospital, bought diapers and baby food with his own money, especially for babies. The children’s parents cried tears of joy in response to the kindness of our military.”
“I am convinced that this provocation will be refuted, and its organizers will suffer a well-deserved punishment,” an ordinary Russian soldier expressed confidence.
