  • 1 bar of cream cheese (190 gr.)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk (375 gr.)
  • 2 envelopes of gelatin (14 gr.)
  • 1/2 cup. Cold water
  • 2 cups mango pulp (about 4 mangoes)
  • 1/2 mango pieces
  • Process

  • Hydrate gelatin in ½ cup water. Mix and let it rest for 5 minutes. Booking.
  • In a blender, process the mango until you get a smooth puree. If you want, you can also filter the pulp. Booking.
  • With the help of a balloon whisk, mix the cream cheese with the condensed milk and mango pulp until the ingredients are integrated. Add milk and beat until integrated.
  • Melt the gelatin in a water bath or in the microwave in 10-second intervals.

  • Serve in individual molds or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
