Famous Bollywood singer Bhupinder Singh has passed away at the age of 82. This news was given by his wife and singer Mitali Singh. Mithali told that on the evening of Monday, July 18, Bhupinder Singh breathed his last in Mumbai. After Bhupinder’s departure, there has been a wave of mourning in the music industry.

In 1962, music director Madan Mohan heard Bhupinder singing at AIR producer Satish Bhatia’s dinner party. After this he called Bhupinder to Mumbai and gave a chance to sing the song ‘Hoke Majboor Une Mujhe Bulay Hoga’ with Mohammad Rafi, Talat Mehmood and Manna Dey. This song from the movie Haqeeqat was well-liked.

In the mid-1980s, Bhupinder Singh married Mithali Mukherjee. Mithali is a singer from Bangladesh. The couple sang many ghazals together and performed live. Both have a son, whose name is Nihal Singh. Nihal is also a musician.
