On Wednesday (July 20), it was informed by tweeting on behalf of Legends League Cricket that 50-year-old Sourav Ganguly will also be a part of the league this year. Sourav Ganguly’s picture and other information were shared in the tweet. This Twitter account is not verified, but a link to the same account is attached on the official website of Legends League Cricket.
Shortly after this tweet, as this news spread on social media and the reactions of the fans started coming. Meanwhile, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly issued a statement quoting news agency PTI and denied it. Sourav Ganguly told PTI, ‘I am not a part of Legends League cricket. The news which is there is completely wrong.
