Oscar Garcia Garcia and Eustaquio Díaz Gutierrez were arrested and charged in the fatal stabbing of a 52-year-old man, Luis Pinduisaca Villa, in Spring Valley, Rockland County, New York.
Garcia, 27, and Diaz, 40, were charged with second degree murder, arraigned yesterday in Spring Valley Justice Court and sent to Rockland County Jail. The motive of the crime is not clear.
Police found Pinduisaka Villa’s body lying on Johnson Street near North Myrtle Avenue around 1:10 a.m. Thursday. He said agents were there to investigate a report by a man of an undisclosed medical emergency. LoHud.com.
Police said while two arrests have been made, the investigation is on. Anyone with information or who saw anything suspicious in the area around the time Pinduisaka Villa’s body was discovered is asked to call Spring Valley Police at 845-356-7400.
All charges are only allegations and the person charged is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
