Supreme Court announces eCourt mobile app manual, available in 14 languages ​​including Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi

The e-Committee of the Supreme Court has released a manual for its free eCourt service mobile application. The app has been downloaded more than 57 lakh times. The manual has been released in 14 languages ​​- English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Khasi, Malayalam, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu for easy use of this app.

The eCourt service mobile application and its manual in English and regional languages ​​can be downloaded from the e-committee, the official website of the Supreme Court. SC E-Committee Chairman Justice Dhananjay Y. Chandrachud released the manual. “Over the past year, advocates, judges, plaintiffs have been motivated to accept technical compromises on the closure of offices and courts following lockdowns and public health concerns,” he said on access to this free and citizen-centric mobile application.

Details of the case diary and case settlement can be known

Using the eCourt service mobile application, a person can search for various citizen-centric services such as case number, CNR number, filing number, party name, FIR number, advocate details, act etc. Full details of the case can be obtained from the case filing to its disposal.

Which includes a date wise case diary. Orders, details of case transfer, status of interim application, can be known through any mobile application. Details of cases of any High Court and District Courts can be obtained from the “e-Court Service” mobile application. With the app’s feature ‘My Case’, anyone can save it by adding a personal case number which is auto-updated as per court proceedings.
