ten questions to “describe” your “changes of mind”

Almost four months after the constitution of the Congress (August 17), the first ordinary plenary session of the XV Legislature will be held. The plenary session will take place between this Tuesday and Thursday and will hold the beginning of the processing of the amnesty, a law that will mark this legislature. If nothing changes, the rule will be approved in the spring (around June), but the PP will try to put up all possible resistance (obstructing the procedures of the Senate, for example) and continue to make a campaign of criticism against the Government because the amnesty creates “inequality” among the Spanish and because it is an initiative rejected by the PSOE until the votes of the independence movement are needed after the July 23 elections.

In this sense, in this first Plenary Session, the Popular Party will use the control session to ask ten questions to all the Ministers of the Government and, in all of them, they will try to “characterize” each of them by remembering the they said before. on July 23 and how they changed their behavior after that. According to popular sources, during the campaign “when they needed the vote of the citizens, they promised to reject the amnesty as unconstitutional.” “Now, they are changing their behavior after losing the election because they need the votes of independents,” the same sources pointed out.

In total, the PP will ask ten questions to different ministers (Nadia Calviño, Yolanda Díaz, María Jesús Montero, Félix Bolaños, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, Óscar Puente, Jordi Hereu, Ana Redondo and Sira Rego) . The questions that will be asked by the representatives of the PP have content about the area of each minister, however, before going to the matter, they will check the amnesty to have a record of how the opinion of each of those who occupied by it has changed. the portfolio of Sánchez’s Executive as a sign that they are “hostage” to the independentists.

In addition, the Plenary will serve as a prize for the new speaker of the PP of the Congress, Miguel Tellado, who will debut the interpellation of the “all powerful” Minister Félix Bolaños, a “face to face” about of the amnesty that will also serve to mark what will happen to the opposition. in the famous bank. And Bolaños is in charge of the grace measure even though it has already been presented to Congress as a bill. Not only Tellado but also Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo will ask the Bolaños about “what is the exact contribution of the Amnesty Law to the Spaniards”, while Juan Bravo will investigate if the fourth vice president, María Jesús Montero, if “continues to think. that the amnesty is not in accordance with the constitution” and Esteban González Pons will ask the Minister of the Interior and professional judge Fernando Grande-Marlaska if he believes “that the Spanish judges prefer. ”

In this way, the popular will try to convert the control session of the first ordinary plenary session of the XV Legislature into a “monograph” on amnesty that “describes” each member of the Council of Ministers, although they know . that Sánchez will try to get to the dialogue table with Feijóo and that the Government will come back with the change of the CGPJ as a new attempt to transfer the focus of the processing of the rule made from Waterloo to Geneva in a fugitive from justice: Carles Puigdemont .

The law is very controversial for two reasons: on the one hand, because popular people consider it unconstitutional because it breaks the equality between Spaniards by exploiting independents who have problems with the Justice ( they are exempt from criminal, administrative and accounting responsibilities); and, on the other hand, because it revealed the contradictions of the PSOE of Pedro Sánchez to stay in Moncloa since until July 23 it considers this law unconstitutional.

The PP is campaigning in the institutions and also through the EU. Alberto Núñez Feijóo has the support of the entire European People’s Party in his fight against amnesty and the defense of the rule of law in our country. The popular leader warned Europe that if legal uncertainty and harassment of judges in Spain are not addressed, social, economic and legal instability could spread across the continent. The EU made it clear that “what happened in a member country cannot be normalized” and, despite Bolaños’ attempts to put in the mouth of the European commissioner, Didier Reynders, the things he did not say, will be studied.

The offensive of the PP also continues in the institutions where in the Senate, where they are the majority in the Chamber, they have already activated the request for reports to the CGPJ and another one to the Fiscal Council. Celebrities also do not stop on the streets and continue to fight from there.
