The head of the State Coordination of Civil Protection (CEPC), Salvador Cervantes Hernández, shows that it is an instruction from the governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda, and the Secretary General of the Government, Catalino Zavala Márquez, to promote actions that promote the culture of civil protection, which is mainly preventionwith the participation of all sectors.
Cervantes Hernández emphasized that, among the agreements, it is determined to start training liaisons in hospitals in Baja California so that they all have their internal Civil Protection program, so that the structure, organization and operation can be evaluated. them.
Along with the above, it is also ensured that all hospitals have their internal brigades, trained in case of any danger.
The official added that, in addition, within the national legal framework, together with the National Council of General Health, he presented the assessment form for the current diagnosis of the Safe Hospital program, which aims to ensure that hospitals have structural, non-structural and functional elements for their proper functioning during any risk event.
Representatives of the Ministry of Health, the municipal coordination of Civil Protection, ISSSTE, ISESALUD and IMSS participated in the session.
