The Community of Madrid achieved a rating of 8.5 out of 10 for the service

More than 11,000 calls per day by 2022

Since its launch in 1998, the emergency service of the Community of Madrid has handled almost 108 million calls. In 2022, 4,163,412 remain, with a daily average of 11,373, with the most, at 45.2%, occurring in the afternoon shift (from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm), followed by the morning ones (07:00). to 15:00), with 39.7%, and at night (23:00 to 07:00), with the remaining 14.9%.
