The entrepreneurs presented a nearby beach and road safety plan to Sheinbaum’s advisor

The Confederation of Industrial Chambers (Concamin) reported that they met with Altagracia Gómez, coordinator of the Regional Economic Development and Relocation Table of the presidential candidate of Morena, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, to discuss how to take advantage of nearshoring as well as the logistics to ensure the safety of transportation on the roads of Mexico.

In a meeting attended by the presidents and general directors of the chambers and associations included in the Confederation, there was a discussion about issues of interest to the industry that will continue to contribute to the economic growth of the country, according to Concamin.

Altagracia Gómez showed that the presidential candidate Claudia Sheinbaum has the conviction to work with the industry, to collaborate, and for the development of the country’s industry.

Concamin and Gómez said they agreed to continue talking, to listen to proposals, and to include them in the campaign platform.

The president of the Confederation, José Abugaber Andonie, emphasized that the Mexican industry works all the time for the benefit of the national economy as well as for the benefit of Mexican families.

The manager indicated that they will continue to meet with different political actors to present proposals about industrial policy and nearshoring, which are important elements for economic development.

At the meeting were the general secretary, treasurer, and general director of Concamin, Alejandro Malagón, Eduardo Ramírez Leal, and Alejandro Gómez, respectively, as well as representatives of chambers and associations.
