The controversy that started between yoga guru Ramdev and the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has now reached Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A letter has been written to PM Modi on behalf of IMA. It said Patanjali’s owner Ramdev should be stopped from spreading false information about vaccinations.
The IMA wrote that in a video he (Ramdev) claimed that 10,000 doctors and millions of people had died even after taking both doses of the vaccine. The letter from the IMA also said that he should be charged with treason.
Demand for prosecution under treason
The letter further praised the work of the doctors, saying that 753 doctors had lost their lives in the first wave and 513 in the second wave. And Baba Ramdev is claiming that 10,000 doctors have lost their lives after taking the vaccine. Attempts are being made by them to spoil the vaccination campaign. The letter further said that Ramdev should be prosecuted under treason.

The vaccine was mentioned in the letter
Corona vaccination is discussed at the beginning of the letter. It is written that 200 million corona vaccines have been given in the country, IMA is trying to take this vaccination campaign far and wide. The letter said that the IMA has also tried to allay the fears of those who are hesitant about the vaccine.
The letter also found that only 0.06 percent of people had side effects from the vaccine. The letter also thanked Prime Minister Modi for raising awareness about the vaccine.

While the IMA lamented that while the IMA and PM Modi himself are raising awareness about the Corona vaccine, Patanjali’s yoga guru Baba Ramdev is claiming that 10,000 doctors have died despite taking both doses of the vaccine. The next letter states that Ramdev is also claiming that millions of lives have been lost due to allopathy.
