Goodbye to the Labor University of Zaragoza; the last building will disappear in three months
The demolition of the former student residence hall has begun. In its place, a new logistics center will be built in the Malpica industrial estate.
A new step in the renovation works of the old floors of Zaragoza Labor University in one of the largest logistics complexes in Spain This Monday saw the demolition of the former student residence of the former university, located on the land where a new logistics center will be built in the Malpica industrial estate.
The good logistics operation that promoted Montepino at the old university, where he would build three ships, totaled 212,203 square meters. The construction alone will involve a cost of 67 million, but when the total and financial costs of the operation, demolition, and land purchases are added, the total investment will increase to 150 million.
Montepino claimed the destruction of the university, which was about 45,000 m2 and closed since 1997, whose bill is estimated to be close to six million.
