Armed citizens deprived young businessman Alexis Talavera of his freedom, who was found injured but alive hours later.

Then it was not afternoon, when a violent convocation arose in the vicinity of the federal road 140 Veracruz-Xalapa, at the top of the town of Cabo Verde towards the municipality of Manlio Fabio Altamirano.
At that location, there were a group of National Guard agents who confirmed the discovery of the lost truck driver, but after a brief inspection of the unit and the surrounding area, they did not find the driver anywhere.
After several hours, residents located in the town of Mata Loma noticed the presence of Alexis Talavera, who was badly injured, so they immediately went to protect him and called 911.
According to the information obtained, the victim had many blows all over his body in addition to at least two gunshot wounds to the extremities, so they requested the presence of the police force and an ambulance.
A moment later, a unit with paramedics arrived, who gave him first aid and transferred him to the hospital, while the forces of public order and ministerial officials arrived to collect more information.
