For completing two uninterrupted years in an advisory, support and academic teaching role associated with 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school years and win the Call for Recognition of Educational Practice, 80 teachers from Baja California were recognized with medals and plaques by the Ministry of Education.
The head of the state agency, Gerardo Arturo SolÃs Benavides, led the presentation of medals to teachers who won the Call for Recognition of Educational Practice 2023, in Basic and Higher Secondary Education.
The state official emphasized that as part of the national education policy, the Secretary of Education, Leticia RamÃrez Amaya, ordered all teachers to strengthen the motivation of teachers, not only in aspects of continuous professionalization, but with public recognition of their performance.
While it is true that the vocation to serve is an organic motivation to train more and better professionals, the recognition of their performance is a double motivation that they are on the right path, added SolÃs Benavides.
Abraham Lara, director of the System for the Career of Teachers (USICAMM)encourages each and all award-winning teachers to continue to inspire and grow as educational professionals, leaving a mark on the lives of their students and future generations.
During a formal ceremony held at the State University of Pedagogical Studies (UEEP) in Mexicali, the Basic Education Tutors also received recognition plaques for completing 2 uninterrupted years in the role of teaching advice, support and academic accompaniment for in the 2021-2022 school year and 2022 -2023.
Finally, the teacher Eva Pérez Vargas, representing recognized teachers, expressed the importance of always promoting their vocation from their channels and maintaining constant professionalization, to face the challenges of innovation and technology that also affect the education sector.
