If nothing goes wrong, Apple will unveil its new family of high-end “smartphones,” the iPhone 15, in mid-September. However, model shipments may be possible, but Max, the most powerful of the whole family, suffers delays.
According to information from the specialist medium “9to5Mac”, it could take three to four weeks longer before the next flagship of the Apple mobile phone family gets into the hands of the reservists. That means he wouldn’t be on the road until next October.
The reason for the delay would be the new camera system of this model, which, according to leaks, will be the only one in the iPhone 15 family to have an improved optical zoom, exceeding the current three magnifications and carried by Sony.
According to an analyst available to the specialist media, the Japanese company has problems making the camera hardware available to Apple in good time. That would mean that users are unlikely to receive their iPhone 15 Pro Max until sometime between October 6th and October 13th.
The other models, the regular iPhone 15, the Plus, and the “dry” Pro, would be in the hands of their owners before the end of September. At least as long as the Apple brand lives up to expectations and celebrates its “Keynote” presentation next Tuesday, September 12th.
It wouldn’t be the first time the company with the bitten apple has seen the need to delay the launch of one of its phones. The same happened with the iPhone XR, the iPhone 12 Mini, the iPhone 12 Pro, or the iPhone 14 Plus, for example. Although the Apple company has not published any official data at the moment, we can already get a pretty good idea of what to expect from Apple in mid-September. The iPhone 15 will include some important innovations at the design level, such as the introduction of the USB-C input to replace the Lightning connector or the appearance of a new button that will allow the user to perform various actions.
The most powerful models get a new processor, the A17 Bionic, and the Normal and Plus models get the A16, which currently has the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max mounted on it. The two base terminals would also have other features that they didn’t get in this generation, such as B. the dynamic island at the top of the screen that surrounds the selfie camera, a feature that allows you to interact with applications in a much more comfortable way.
