Xiaomi, without prior notice, has just surprised us with the launch of the new Xiaomi Smart Plug 2 WiFi, a new smart plug that puts the previous model somewhat better in terms of energy consumption, because it is able to provide us with a lot of information. which will save us a lot of money on the electricity bill.
For now, the price or time of commercialization of this product has not been confirmed, but what we are sure of is that it will reach the global level when it appeared on the official website of the brand. We will investigate what its characteristics are, but we already anticipate that it will be a fairly cheap device full of interesting functions that will make our lives easier.

As you can see in its official images, the new Xiaomi Smart Plug 2 WiFi is somewhat more compact compared to what we could see in its first generation, and it also has an external fireproof case that can withstand the maximum temperature. 750ºC, so those high temperatures are not a problem.
