How to prepare garlic salt

1- First of all, crush five or six big cloves of garlic in a mortar until there are no lumps left in it.

4- After three days if you feel that the mixture is not completely dry, you can keep it in the oven at very low temperature, taking care not to burn it.

5- The end result is a hard plate made from a mixture of crushed garlic and coarse salt.

6- It is advisable to make small blows on the obtained hardened plate with a pestle or other utensil in order to break and chop it.

7- To get garlic salt you have to pass the paste in a blender until it turns into powder.

8- Store the garlic salt in a jar or container and can be used whenever you want to season dishes
