The next day, the 14-year-old girl went home with the 15-year-old girl and there they drank alcohol and drugs while the man served his clients.
On August 12, the convict’s house was searched, where two minors were also found.
The sentence states that the convicted person, a repeat offender for drug trafficking, “presents a pattern of sporadic abuse of cocaine and alcohol and daily consumption of cannabis, there is a 65% identified administrative disabilities and dissocial personality traits.”
The Court of Tarragona sentenced him to 19 years and six months for a continuous crime of sexual abuse and another of the corruption of minors, with the mitigating circumstance of psychological change, in addition to the third crime against public health, a decision confirmed by the Superior Court. of Justice in Catalonia.
The man appealed to the Supreme Court alleging that the abuse victim told him that he was 19 years old and that not a single milligram of cocaine or cannabis was found in the search.
But the court responded that “there are no circumstances to support that the accused believed that the victim was over 16 years old.”
And he added that in his conduct he promoted the prostitution of minors, by relating his sexuality to payment (telephone), as proven by his testimony and the webcam recordings in the house of the convicted, that is the key evidence that also supports the punishment of drug trafficking.
