An aberrational fact has appalled the people of Paraguay after it was made known the case of a mother who switched her 3-year-old daughter for crack (a highly addictive drug). Then the minor was brutally raped and killed.
Little Luz Maida was sold to her mother’s boyfriend in exchange for 10 euros worth of drugs (51,000 Colombian pesos at current exchange rates) in Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay.
The mother of the little girl has been identified as Aurelia Salinas, 42, who will now have to answer before the justice of her country for the tragedy that the defenseless Luz Maida had to experience. Chilling footage from the security camera shows Salinas’ boyfriend taking the girl against her will.

According to authorities, minutes later the little girl was raped and then suffocated to death. Furthermore, it was ascertained that the girl’s mother received a total of 30 pieces of crack in exchange for the life of her daughter, a betrayal that outraged the entire Paraguayan society.
Amid the arrest process by the police officers, residents tried to vent their fury by lynching the woman. Although they could not achieve their goal, they preceded the fire of the house of the perpetrator.

The woman’s boyfriend was also captured, who has already confessed to the murder to the authorities, according to local media reports. This man was arrested along with a 17-year-old boy who also participated in the macabre act.
Nearly 300 people attended the funeral service for little Luz Maida. At the same time, they have called for justice in this case so that the full weight of the law is applied to those responsible for the girl’s death.
A similar case occurred last year in the province of Huancayo, Peru, where an 11-year-old minor victim of a reprehensible case of sexual abuse in which several people would be involved, including a young man of only 16 years.
According to local media in that country, the brutal sexual assault began when the young woman was approached by a group of men, after meeting her through social networks, and summoned her to “get to know each other”.

The discovery of the young woman took place near a building on Avenida Maricál Cáceres, a place that local media indicate as being close to an educational institution known as the Colegio Héroes de la Breña.
At the time of the discovery, the young woman was not alone, but a group of men was also present on the spot, their alleged abusers, also in a high state of alcoholism according to the authorities.
