Amid the cries of “Get out!” in a group of residents, who also threw flowers in his face, the president of the municipality of Juan C. Bonilla, José Cinto Bernal, had to finish his Second Report to the Government.
Residents of this municipality located in the metropolitan area of Puebla, where a few years ago people blocked and replaced the Bonafont water bottling plant, shouted slogans that urged the municipal president to finish his report .
The force with which they threw the flowers caused the mayor to end the event, although the program continued and Governor Sergio Salomón Céspedes was present.
In the first rows, the supporters of the mayor, who come from the PAN-PRD, tried to cover the demonstrations against José Cinto with flags of support, but it was not possible.
Among the slogans, they demanded the political use it made for the distribution of Liconsa Milk and that a property of 18 thousand meters donated he wanted to use for the construction of the Public Security Complex.
The councilor shouted: “Long live the governor” to try to calm the protesters, but he was not heard.
On October 5, Javier Aquino Limón, Secretary of the Interior of the State, announced that the Juan C. Bonilla Security Complex will be built on a different property than planned, as a result of the demonstrations held by the residents.
In a press conference, he said that the residents insisted that the original property intended for the Complex for the municipal pantheon.
It should be noted that the residents of the auxiliary boards of San Lucas Nextetelco, owned by Juan C. Bonilla, protested against the mayor more than twice and closed the Mexico-Puebla federal highway.
