Officers of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) found a load of presumed marijuana, hidden in two refrigerant gas cylinders.
Via Twitter, Alberto Mathias, commander of the GNB’s National Anti-Drug Corps, indicated that an arrest of 13.24 kg of drugs was made while a parcel truck was requisitioned in Lara State.
The official clarified that the narcotics would be moved to Julia as part of border traffic with Colombia.
Similarly, photos of the process were shared showing captives and confiscated products.
It was noted that the deployment of GNB continues to deal with cases of illegal drug trafficking in the country.
