The governor of Carabobo publicly condemned the incidents that took place, as brawls and lewd acts had been committed.
Officers of the Municipal Police of Valencia caught the fourth person involved in a sexual act in public, which was recorded last Saturday, November 12, during the Expoferia Valencia 2022.
The event, which took place in the historic center of the city, recorded a number of casualties, with three people being arrested for sexual behavior that violated “morality”.
The 25-year-old subject was taken into police custody for the offenses of public indecency, conspiracy, abetment to commit offence, dissemination of obscene material and outrage against performance.
The case was placed under the command of a third prosecutor with competence in general crimes.
The arrests were made after a video went viral on social networks, clearly showing them performing actions at a public event.
