The owner of the seized mobile device said he was forced, under threat, to record the abuse of the child.
The detainees, aged 30 and 29, were taken to a health center for medical evaluation and, subsequently, to the Guard, Custody and Guarantees Room for Prisoners of Polisur, where they were placed under orders of the Public Ministry.
