This Friday, October 27 at 9:00 a.m., the deadline to download the Xunta Tourist Voucher opens, where the regional government promotes tourism in Galicia this fall and which plans to mobilize up to €2.5 million in the sector of this months.
10,000 discount vouchers will be put into circulation in QR code format worth €100 each, where you can enjoy discounts of 40% on every purchase until the balance of the voucher is exhausted. The download will be available at www.bonoturismo.gal and people of legal age living in Galicia can benefit. Once downloaded, it can be used until December 25 in participating establishments.
Currently, and less than a week after the opening of the membership period for companies, more than 200 accommodation establishments or travel agencies have already participated. The deadline for companies to continue participating in the Xunta de Galicia tourist bonus campaign remains open until December 1.
Tourist accommodation establishments located in Galicia that meet the requirements explained in the bases and travel agencies can participate, in this case with a work center in the Autonomous Community of Galicia and that develop their activities within the tourism sector linked to Galicia. They must be registered in the Registry of Tourist Companies and Activities (REAT) at the time of publication of the call.
Under the motto #DiscoverGaliciaenOutono, the bonus, with a budget of € 1 million and plans to mobilize up to € 2.5 million until December in the participating establishments, is part of the objectives of the Xunta de Galicia to deseasonalize the tourist activity , support the sector. , and promote the Galician trips to Galicia in the low season.
