This is how Halloween is celebrated in the theme parks in “Heart of Florida”

One of the most beautiful times of the year is just around the corner, and it is also one of the most fun because of the variety of activities and experiences you can enjoy in the company of your partner, family or a group of friends.

It depends on your taste whether you want quiet experiences or ones that make your heart beat a thousand times faster when visiting haunted houses. Below is a list of things to do in Kissimmee, Florida this fall:

An event only for brave souls who dare to enter the 10 haunted houses on select nights this year from September 1st to November 4th at Universal Studios Orlando. Featuring homes inspired by The Exorcist: Believer, The Last of Us, Stranger Things 4, Dueling Dragons and more. Check the available dates as this is an event not included in the normal park ticket.

From August 11th to November 1st, Disney’s Magic Kingdom will dress up for Halloween on select nights to offer guests different experiences where their favorite characters are dressed up. The Sanderson sisters from Hocus Pocus are hosting a special guest show, a night show starring the villains, candy, parades and more. Check here the dates, times and all information.

A featured adult event, voted one of the top ten Halloween events in America for 2022, this year running from September 8th to October 31st. Visit the official site for the latest updates on haunted houses, shows and more. Reports and tickets here.

Saturdays and Sundays from September through October are trick-or-treating days at LEGOLAND Florida Resort. This year there is a new night show, attractions and new characters from the franchise. Click here for more information on the Brick-or-Treat.

If you’re visiting Kissimmee this fall, don’t miss a stroll to Celebration Town. It is quite a spectacle to see this small traditional American town transform into an autumnal village filled with ghosts, pumpkins, witches and everything that brings creativity to the doors of the houses in this place. Admission is free and the fun is great.

TRAVEL TIP: Stay in a vacation home and host a family Halloween movie night, or carve a pumpkin together to put out in front of the house during your stay.
