Gaining weight is more difficult than it is to lose weight. All the bodybuilders have so much weight and muscle mass due to years of hard work, diet and workouts. But there is a man who has gained about 14 kilograms (30 pounds) in a week. This professional athlete already used to take 8 thousand calories (eating 4 people equal) and used to consume 15 thousand calories (eating 8 people equal) at the time of competition. The name of the person who took 15 thousand calories and gained 14 kg in a week is Tom Stoltman. Tom is called the strongest man in the world. He has twice got the title of the strongest man in the world.

How to increase 14 kg weight in a week

The 2022 Worlds Strongest Man competition took place in Sacramento, California from May 24-29, and Stoltman, who hails from Scotland, won the title for the second year in a row. According to Businessinsider, Tom Stoltman, who is called The World’s Strongest Man, gave information about his diet during the World’s Strongest Man Competition in 2022. Tom said, “I gained 14 kg in a week during the competition, which was quite easy for me because the serving size of America is much higher than in the UK.”

At six feet eight inches tall and weighing about 180 kg (397 lb), Stoltman eats about 8,000 calories for his strength and energy, but on competition days he ate 15,000 calories per day for extra energy. To take extra calories, he did not eat extra food, but America’s serving size is so high that he used to get enough calories. During the World’s Strongest Man competition, Stoltman ate pancakes with strawberries, bananas and honey for breakfast. Apart from this, used to eat three burgers and fries in the afternoon. Used to eat pasta at night and used to eat chocolate cake in sweet dish.

Stoltman used to eat extra calories because

Stoltman told Insider that the food servings of ordinary people in the US are twice that of the UK, so Americans try hard to eliminate their food servings. For example, in America, BBQ sauce, a cheese burger with ketchup and a chocolate milkshake contain 1721 calories, and in the UK, this meal will contain 1369 calories. If Stoltman ate six meals in America, that is equal to 10 or 11 miles in the UK.

Stoltman did not gain this much weight intentionally, but he was designed to have a lot of energy during the six-day competition because Stoltman’s calories were burned during the competition. He had to compete continuously for seven or eight hours. His diet also included processed food such as burgers, fries and pancakes, but still he did not feel lethargic. His diet was designed by specialty nutritionists.

Lost 14 kg in a week

According to Stoltman, gaining weight so quickly was bad for him because he liked to eat. He had gained weight even before this, due to which he became completely lethargic. He used to smoke 50-100 cigarettes but this time his condition was not so bad. His weight of 180 kg was also more and this increased weight of his increased his performance.

Stoltman consumes 8,000 calories

Apart from competition, Stoltman definitely takes burgers in his diet because it is what he likes the most. Apart from this, eight eggs, four bread and mushrooms are eaten. Make and drink three scoops of whey protein powder, a shake of fruits such as 20-30 strawberries and a banana.

Eat burger before workout and after workout eat protein shake and two donuts. After this, eat 250 grams of rice, noodles or eat one big potato, vegetables or 300 grams of non-veg. He takes 90 percent good diet and 10 percent junk food.
