Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Emir Abdullahi stated that they have received messages from the United States (US) that they do not want the Gaza crisis to expand, but the US has increased the scope of the war by bringing large shipments of weapons to Israel.
Abdullahian in his statement on television Al Jazeera addresses the problems arising from the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian lands and the Gaza crisis.
The Iranian foreign minister stressed that the practice provides a “humanitarian pause” in the fight between Palestinian groups and the Israeli administration.
“This temporary ceasefire must become a permanent ceasefire, otherwise the region will face new conditions. The Zionist regime and the American people must face the harsh consequences of not stopping these war crimes.”.
Abdullahi added that they are in contact with the US through mediators regarding the situation in Gaza.
“For the past six weeks, we have received messages from the United States through diplomatic channels, especially through the Swiss Embassy in Tehran, which protects American interests in Iran. The Americans have always emphasized in their messages that they have no intention of expanding the scope of the war”.
Minister Abdullahi stated that in response to the messages from Washington, they conveyed the message that “the US has increased the scope of the war with large shipments of weapons to Israel and is responsible for it.”
Iran’s foreign minister stated that they obtained information through certain intermediaries that reached the United States government. the conclusion that it is not in the interest of American politicians and that The White House will continue to support Israel in this way.
“We hope this information is correct. It needs to be confirmed if the US pressured the Zionist regime to maintain the ceasefire and stop the war altogether.
