The president of the IHE indicated that “what we need is that when the taxpayer is served, it is done by a well-trained person who is chosen independently and objectively, not through a system that we do not know all that is available behavior.”
The acting Government called a selection process to fill 144 positions, through the free access system, and 69 positions, through internal promotion, for entering the Higher Corps of State Treasury Inspectors, making a total of 213 positions. .
Applicants who enter through internal promotion, in any case, have the desire to fill the vacant positions offered. The two selection systems are considered independent, so the places called by the internal promotion system that, if possible, remain vacant, cannot be accumulated in the free access systems.
Fernando Díaz Yubero, a retired Treasury inspector, stated that “I am not in favor of lowering, but of reasoning.
