The sentence handed down by the Second Section of the Provincial Court of Granada shows that the two convicted persons, the owner and the guard of the property, are guilty of a crime of murder, sentenced to 17 years and six months in prison. imprisonment, and for probation, another nine years. The woman, wife of the first, was sentenced to fifteen years and three months for the first crime, “estimating her small causal contribution to the death” and eight years for the second.
The judge sentenced them both, who were also guilty of illegal possession of weapons, to a sentence of one year and three months in prison each for this crime. “When committing none of the crimes mentioned in the previous foundations, the circumstances that change the criminal responsibility will occur, except for the treachery inherent in the crime of murder,” the sentence stipulated.
