Tyler Perry lent his US home to Meghan and Prince Harry because he was struck by their love

So he offered his home to the couple who had resigned from their duties with the British monarchy. “It’s really touching and I wanted to do my best to support them.‘ he said, referring to the love he found in Duke.

Tyler said on the show that Meghan and Harry were going through a very difficult time. The couple had only Archie, who was one year old at the time.

Meghan told The Cut that Tyler had approached her while she married Harry in 2018. He told her that he was praying for her and that he “understands” the intense pressure. According to Meghan, Tyler even told her that she could contact him if she ever needed advice, which she did.

Such was their bond that Tyler gave them his home. On TODAY, the comedian said: “If I don’t have that, what do she and Harry have, I don’t want it.”

So Tyler became the medium for the Sussexes to move to America.
